Most shoes that add stack also add grams, and this one adds softness and rebound while staying at 6.9 oz. The result is a supertrainer that makes your tempo session, and the easy day after it, equally as fun.

A redesigned nylon plate runs through the midsole and drives your transitions. The nylon flexes in a way carbon doesn't, so you get snappy propulsion through toe-off without the rigid, all-or-nothing feel of a race shoe — which is what makes the Speed 6 so versatile across a range of paces. The lightweight mesh upper holds your foot in place when you shift gears and keeps you comfortable throughout your run.
